Analyst (m\/f) M&A and Corporate Finance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Your tasks will include the largely independent preparation of information memoranda, presentations, pitch books, reports, company valuations, financial models including cash flow and balance sheet analyses as well as the analysis and presentation of markets and companies. You will also support the partners in project organisation and marketing activities.<\/p>\n You have completed your studies in economics with an emphasis on corporate finance, controlling and\/or accounting with above-average success.\u00a0You have already gained initial experience in corporate finance\/M&A through internships and\/or career entry.
