Analyst (m/f) M&A and Corporate Finance
Your tasks will include the largely independent preparation of information memoranda, presentations, pitch books, reports, company valuations, financial models including cash flow and balance sheet analyses as well as the analysis and presentation of markets and companies. You will also support the partners in project organisation and marketing activities.
You have completed your studies in economics with an emphasis on corporate finance, controlling and/or accounting with above-average success. You have already gained initial experience in corporate finance/M&A through internships and/or career entry. You have above-average knowledge in financial analysis, accounting and financial modeling.
You are an entrepreneurial personality with a confident and courteous manner. You are characterised by a high level of commitment and initiative, outstanding analytical skills, reliability and accuracy.
You enjoy teamwork and have a very good command of German and English, both spoken and written, as well as a good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
